You want a clue? Well,  let’s see…. OK. It is called a knife, but it doesn’t have a blade.

It is a Gamma Knife.

It is used for deep brain tumors and sends 201 very narrow beams of high dose gamma radiation to a target inside the brain. These beams converge at a single, finely focused point without harming the nearby healthy tissue.
